The Louderback Foundation exists to equip and encourage the next generation of leaders to be grounded in faith and committed to excellence—integrating faith into their work, pursuing entrepreneurial leadership, and advancing God’s Kingdom through service and influence.
When work is done wholeheartedly for the Lord, communities flourish and lives are changed.
Our Founders
Scott & Andrea Louderback
Scott and Andrea Louderback were shaped by small communities where faith, hard work, and integrity were daily expectations. The lessons learned in those early years continue to guide how they lead, build, and serve today.
Scott grew up in Western Nebraska and graduated from Bridgeport High School. Raised in a community where neighbors depended on one another, he learned early that leadership begins with responsibility and service.
Some of his earliest memories are in the fields alongside his dad and grandparents. As wheat farmers, he learned that farming requires preparation, discipline, and patience. Today, the farm operates under Matthew 9:37 LLC, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.’
After becoming a pharmacist, Scott purchased his first pharmacy in 1996 in Osceola, Nebraska. Over the years, he owned and operated pharmacies in Nebraska and Washington. Later, Scott and Andrea opened Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Lincoln, Nebraska, built on small-town values and Christian principles, with a simple belief to care for our neighbor as we would want cared for ourselves.

Andrea’s Story
Andrea grew up in Silver Creek, Nebraska, where hard work, faith, and a close-knit community shaped her character. Much of her childhood was spent in 4-H, showing horses and learning steady discipline through honoring commitments.
Her father worked for the local COOP and later served as mayor of Silver Creek. Known for generosity, he modeled servant leadership in practical ways. Through his example, Andrea learned that leadership is quiet, faithful, and rooted in care for others.
